His work includes launch strategy, site of care and account profiling, opportunity assessment, indication prioritization, and portfolio development strategy. He has deep expertise in multiple therapeutic areas such as solid tumors and hematology/oncology, genetic and rare disease, and immunology. Alex received Ph.D. and Master’s degrees in Genetics, Genomics, and Systems Biology from the University of Chicago and a B.A. in Biology from Duke University.

Alex joined LifeSci Consulting as an Analyst in 2026. He holds an MSc in Bioscience Innovation and Enterprise from UCL and a BSc in Biological Sciences from Durham University. His academic training provides a strong scientific foundation, complemented by hands-on experience across biotech start-ups, venture capital, and early-stage commercial strategy.
Alex has supported commercial strategy development for AI-enabled SaaS platforms at Curenetics and OncoFlow, working across both European and US markets. At Laverock Therapeutics, a cell therapy start-up, he applied financial modelling expertise to evaluate out-licensing and partnership options, delivering clear recommendations that supported the efficient advancement of the company’s immuno-oncology programmes. He subsequently applied this experience to a cell and gene therapy scouting project in collaboration with University of Birmingham Enterprise, helping to improve transparency and opportunity for researchers and founders in the space.
Alex has a particular interest in therapeutic oncology and biopharma strategy, leveraging his analytical skillset to support the successful translation of innovative therapies to market, through the optimisation of operational costs and strategy.

Her work includes cost optimization, project management, change management, and operational transformation as well as helping clients to optimize their processes, navigate change, and manage costs. Before joining LifeSci, Amy worked at 4C Associates within the Life Sciences. During this time, she worked on process optimization, procurement excellence, and cost optimization projects for large pharmaceutical clients both in Europe and the US. Prior to her career in consulting Amy worked in in-house procurement, focusing on strategic sourcing within the marketing category. She has a degree in Biological Sciences and experience working within Research and Development and Drug Discovery.

Andrew joined LifeSci Consulting as an Analyst in 2026. He earned his B.A. in Chemistry with a minor in Economics from Emory University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Epsilon, and brings a combination of laboratory and industry experience.
At BioMarin Pharmaceutical, he interned on the Network Strategy team, where he supported integration management for the company's acquisition of Inozyme Pharma and developed supply chain visualizations of the company's full commercial network to identify bottlenecks and enable optimization for executive decision-making.
At Emory's Lowance Center for Human Immunology, he worked in a laboratory researching a pathway believed to contribute to autoreactivity in systemic lupus erythematosus, collecting data on a large panel of monoclonal antibodies at different development stages to identify patterns between gene expression and B cell autoreactivity. On campus, he served as Director of Programming for the Emory Life Science Consulting Club, coordinating on-campus and virtual events including client meetings, casing workshops, and guest speakers.

At the Atlanta VA Medical Center, she supported a clinical trial evaluating pharmacological interventions to reduce alcohol use in veterans with HIV, contributing to trial execution through patient recruitment, data management, and outcome analysis. She also worked in strategic planning at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, conducting market research and competitive assessments to inform executive-level decision-making. Arielle was on the founding board of Emory’s undergraduate life sciences consulting club and served as its Vice President. Recognizing a gap in opportunities for students to connect business and science, she helped establish the organization as a platform for consulting projects with biotech, pharmaceutical, and healthcare companies. Arielle is particularly interested in pharmaceutical and biopharma strategy, leveraging her scientific and analytical background to help bring innovative therapies to market.

Camila joined LifeSci Consulting as an Analyst in 2026. She has a B.S. in Biology & Society and a minor in Business from Cornell University. Prior to joining LifeSci Camila was a Corporate Strategy Intern at Lupin Pharmaceuticals where she evaluated the impact of tariff policy on pharmaceutical operations and conducted competitive analysis of mergers and acquisitions to build speciality portfolio growth opportunities. In analyzing industry trends, product launches, and global business performances she grew interested in continuing to work on the business end of pharmaceuticals. She also served as a Research Intern at Georgetown University's Lombardi Cancer Center, where she used bioinformatics tools to investigate gene regulators and biomarkers related to PFAS exposure and cancer development. Camila is passionate about the intersection of life science research, pharmaceuticals, and business. At LifeSci, she is excited to continue supporting the development and commercialization of innovative therapies through helping biopharmaceutical companies bring new medicines to market and improve patient access to care.

During her undergrad years, she conducted behavioral and psychophysiological research at the Ross School of Business Behavioral Lab, where she designed and administered consumer behavior studies. Prior to joining LifeSci, Chloe worked at Trinity Life Sciences, where she advised biopharmaceutical and biotech clients on commercial strategy, market access, and asset valuation across oncology, neurology, cardiology, and rare disease.

David Blaszczak brings over 25 years of healthcare experience across both the public and private sectors, with a focus on pharmaceuticals, medical technology, and healthcare policy. He has advised C-suite executives and boards of leading healthcare companies
on market access, reimbursement strategy, regulatory trends, payer contracting, and growth strategy.
David began his career at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), contributing to major Medicare and Medicaid payment policies and serving as a liaison to Congress and key healthcare stakeholders.
He was also selected as an external advisor to the FDA and CMS to improve collaboration on product approval, payment, and coverage decisions.
In the private sector, David has worked as a consultant supporting investors, med tech firms, and pharmaceutical companies with market access and pricing strategy, regulatory insight, reimbursement trends, and strategic planning. He has led advisory practices
for healthcare consulting firms, managed diligence projects for private equity clients, and built launch strategies for device and drug manufacturers and negotiated reimbursement and coverage contracts among payers.
David is a recognized expert in healthcare delivery and reimbursement, frequently invited to speak at industry and academic events, including Harvard Business School, Yale School of Medicine, and Wharton.

Isabelle joined LifeSci Consulting as an Analyst in August 2022. She earned her B.A. in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania. She previously worked as a research assistant in Emory University’s Lab of Biomedical Pharmacology, focusing on HIV and Hepatitis B and C research. She was an intern at the San Diego-based venture Human Longevity, where she studied genetics in the context of precision healthcare. There, she worked to contribute to their goal of building the world’s most comprehensive database on human genotypes and phenotypes, which, when subjected to machine learning, are a means to develop innovative solutions to fight diseases associated with aging. Additionally, Isabelle has experience working as an investment analyst at 25Madison and Arcadian Capital where she researched and proposed various investment opportunities, led investor outreach initiatives, and produced investor-facing reports. Isabelle is excited about opportunities in the intersection of business and science where she can continue to leverage her passions and skills.

Prior to LifeSci, Jack interned at the Wolverine Foundation, a rare genetic disorder foundation researching treatment for MAPK8IP3 Related Deficiency. Before joining LifeSci, Jennifer was a Senior Associate at GLG, where she supported market research for biopharma, medtech, and healthcare services investors.

Before joining LifeSci, Jiayang was a life science specialist at L.E.K. Consulting. He completed his Ph.D. in Molecular Cell Biology at Washington University in St. Louis, where he studied rare human genetic disorders and bioinformatics. He also holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Fudan University in Shanghai, China.

During her graduate school training, she also held roles in clinical content development at Koda Health and completed a clinical internship at Northwestern University. Prior to joining LifeSci, Lindsay served as a Clinical Research Associate at Medpace, supporting Phase I–III trials through site monitoring, data verification, and ensuring protocol compliance. Lindsay is interested in leveraging her scientific and clinical background to support strategic decision-making across the biopharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.

Before joining LifeSci Consulting, Perisa graduated from the University of York with an MChem in Chemistry with Medicinal and Biological Chemistry, where she worked on developing novel methods of metal-mediated and N-terminal protein modifications in her master's year. During her studies, she interned with the medical affairs team at Novartis in addition to Novartis Gene Therapies, where she developed her understanding of the corporate and commercial aspects of the pharmaceutical industry.
Perisa then joined the LifeSci Consulting OSO team initially as an intern but more recently as an analyst, where she is currently developing her understanding and skillsets surrounding global clinical trial outsourcing for biotechs.

Tate brings experience across healthcare strategy, public health, and scientific research. At Nuna Inc., she developed provider and customer engagement strategies and contributed to product design. At the NYC Office of Emergency Management's Health and Medical Unit, she helped develop emergency protocols, including for reduced air quality events. She has also conducted laboratory research at Columbia University's Department of Microbiology and Immunology, investigating a long noncoding RNA gene and its role in HIV infection.
At Stanford, Tate worked with Stanford Medicine's Our Voice Initiative to coordinate community science projects with Cedars-Sinai Hospital and the Women's Health Initiative, and partnered with the San Mateo Office of Education to bring community science to primary school classrooms.

Prior to joining LifeSci, Trey was a project lead at ClearView Healthcare Partners managing strategy consulting mandates for big pharma and innovative biotech organizations; he also conducted biomedical and engineering research within the Van Tassel lab group. Trey received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Yale University.

She graduated from Yale University with a B.A. in History of Science, Medicine, and Public Health and completed the pre-medicine track. During her time at Yale, she conducted research in the Chun Lab at the Yale Cardiovascular Research Center, served as captain of the Women’s Varsity Lacrosse Team, and volunteered for a non-profit organization called Camp Kesem.

Her academic and professional experience spans medical devices to pharmaceuticals, with work ranging from software engineering to product management and operations strategy.
At Promaxo, a MedTech startup, Vanshika led the strategy for a cancer treatment planning app by conducting primary and secondary research, ultimately guiding development for a previously unscoped initiative. She brings additional experience from Amgen, where she created a strategy for incorporating generative AI across several global manufacturing sites to increase sustainability, safety, and cost efficiency.
Vanshika is particularly interested in genetics and genomics; she concentrated in this area during her Master's, where her research focused on the development of autism spectrum disorder from a transcriptomics perspective. She is interested in leveraging her technical and business strategy background in biotech to help bring innovative therapies to market.

Victoria joined LifeSci Consulting as a Consultant in 2026 after earning her MD and PhD in Molecular Cell Biology and Genetics through the Drexel University College of Medicine. Her doctoral research focused on applying machine learning and computational structural biology to drug discovery, with an emphasis on predicting protein-protein interactions and identifying molecular glue degraders. Throughout her medical training, she gained broad clinical experience while conducting translational research spanning immunology, oncology, and autoimmune disease.
Victoria was awarded an NIH F30 Physician-Scientist Fellowship to support her dual-degree training and has authored multiple first-author publications in computational biology and clinical medicine. She is passionate about applying scientific and clinical insights to strategic challenges across the biopharmaceutical industry and enjoys working at the intersection of science, medicine, and business to help clients advance innovative therapies that improve patient outcome.
