Mona Li

Mona joined the LifeSci Consulting team as a Consultant in August 2026. Prior to joining LifeSci, she worked at ClearView Healthcare Partners as an Analyst, advising biopharmaceutical clients on commercial strategy and supporting new product planning across a range of engagements. Her experience spanned commercial opportunity assessments, indication prioritization, and market landscape assessments across multiple therapeutic areas, with a particular focus on hematology-oncology, rare disease, and neurology. Earlier in her career, Mona interned at Back Bay Life Science Advisors as a Strategic Advisory Analyst, supporting clients across the life sciences industry and conducting an independent study on the commercial growth of psychedelics in the psychiatric space, which contributed to a company publication. Mona earned her B.A. in Neuroscience from Wellesley College, where she was also a member of the Varsity Swimming & Diving team.
