About The Role
Engagement Manager Life Sciences (LifeSci Consulting, LLC; New York, New York): Conduct interviews or ensure junior team moderating interviews performed at high quality. Challenge project teams on secondary research-related model assumptions. Demonstrate ability to contextualize knowledge across project experiences and apply that to a specific engagement. Act as a problem solver that is able to aid the delivery team to proactively develop creative solutions for the client. Create PowerPoint-based stories and design the flow of a document to deliver effective, detailed, and efficient work. Think through the larger questions of a project and summarize key findings in a cohesive, informative, and impactful manner to clients. Drive project delivery teams to think critically to support generation of strategic takeaways. Serve as a thought partner to clients while developing junior team members in presentational speaking capabilities. Take full ownership of project and be responsible for the quality of deliverables that are shared with client. Proactively and effectively handle client interactions. Serve as a trusted bridge between the client and the company. Telecommuting permitted pursuant to company policy.
Salary: $156,645 per year
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
Experience Requirements: Five (5) years of experience as a Consultant or Analyst in life sciences consulting or related occupation.
Must have experience with the following: database resources (EvaluatePharma, Navalin, AlphaSense, Claims/Rx data); project type (therapeutic area and/or disease); disease level specific and patient/physician characteristics; data analysis (MS Excel and Powerpoint); project management (timelines, allocating resources, identifying stakeholders, and managing project scope); clinical trial design, trial protocols, regulatory considerations, pricing and reimbursement landscape; and literature databases (PubMed).
